A social account has one job before any other: proving the business is real. Someone who sees your ad will look you up. If what they find is eleven posts from 2023, the ad was wasted. Everything after that — reach, community, sales — is built on top of an account that passes the glance test.
- Strategy — which platforms deserve your effort, what the account is actually for, and what success looks like beyond follower count
- Content production — posts, reels, carousels and stories produced in-house, not pulled from a stock library
- Publishing and scheduling — a consistent cadence that does not depend on someone remembering
- Community management — comments, direct messages and replies handled, which is where most purchase intent actually shows up
- Organic-to-paid amplification — we find the posts that earned attention on their own and put budget behind them
- Reporting — reach, engagement, saves, profile actions, and what they led to
Social is proof and a testing ground, not a traffic channel
Organic reach has been falling for years, so social is rarely a traffic channel on its own any more. It pays in two places. First as proof: a buyer checking whether you are real before they purchase. Second as a creative testing ground, where a post that performs organically is already a tested ad concept you can put budget behind at lower risk.
We plan accounts around those two jobs. If someone is selling you organic social as a primary revenue channel, ask them to show you the attribution.
Organic is the test bed for paid
We run brands of our own, and the organic accounts are where creative gets its first read for free. A post that earns saves and shares becomes an ad; a post that dies tells us not to spend on that angle. The content calendar and the paid testing plan are the same document.

What you get
- A content plan tied to what you are selling and testing in paid
- Published content, community replies and monthly reporting
- Paid social set up and connected to your pixel and conversions
Outside our control
- Reach and ranking — platforms change distribution without notice
- Follower counts bought or inflated — we do not do it
- Account restrictions caused by content or activity outside our plan
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees go in writing before work starts. Ad spend, platform fees and third-party subscriptions are billed separately from our fee.
D2C brands, local businesses and app companies who need a credible, active presence, and who want it connected to paid rather than run in isolation.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. We will usually recommend doing two properly over five badly.
Do you create the content or do we supply it?
We create it. If you have product footage or brand assets, we use them.
How many posts a month?
Plans start at twelve a month. The right number depends on platform and format, since reels and stories demand more volume than feed posts.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Yes, within agreed hours and tone guidelines. Anything sensitive comes to you first.
Can you run paid alongside this?
Yes. Organic and paid in one team is the main reason this works better than splitting it across two vendors.
