Everything here is ours — built, funded and run with our own money, which is where the methods were tested before anyone was asked to pay for them. Properties and brands are described, not named: the sites compete in the same auctions we would be putting you into, and the brands have partners who prefer it that way.
Owned and operated by us
A worldwide content network on Google Ad Exchange, fed with bought traffic
A network of English and multi-language content properties across health, finance and consumer topics, self-hosted, monetised through Google Ad Manager and Ad Exchange via several certified partners, and fed with traffic we buy on Meta, Google and native networks across tier-one, tier-two and tier-three countries.
- What we did
- Ad unit architecture across properties; rewarded, anchor and interstitial formats with proper no-fill handling; a Google-certified consent platform for EEA and UK visitors; ads.txt chains for every partner; traffic-source and landing-page compliance; and a daily table of cost against revenue by country, with request eCPM as the primary metric.
- What it taught us
- The largest lever is not more ad slots. It is knowing which countries are worth buying traffic into at today’s click price, and you can only see that when cost and revenue sit in the same table, by country, every morning.
Our own brand
A supplements brand, built end to end
An Indian nutrition brand selling effervescent and chewable supplements, taken from an empty store to a live business.
- What we did
- Shopify build with custom sections and product templates; a product page system with comparison boards and visual tiles; Razorpay and cash-on-delivery checkout; GST and HSN configuration with tax-inclusive pricing; Shiprocket integration for labels and order sync; Amazon Seller Central listings; Google Workspace email and Cloudflare DNS; and a custom review system with admin approval, built to replace a third-party app.
- What it taught us
- The storefront is the smallest part. Tax, logistics, product feeds and conversion tracking are where a D2C launch actually stalls.
Our own brand
An AI-forward creative studio
A separate brand of ours built around 3D animated websites, poster and brand design, video story marketing and AI short films.
- What we did
- A studio pipeline for AI image and video generation across several models, a prompt library, a review process, and the delivery formats each ad placement needs. The site you are reading is one of its outputs.
- What it taught us
- Volume without a review step is noise. The pipeline is worth more than any single model.
Our own product
An Android title, from first build to Google Play
A casual game designed, built, tested without an emulator farm, monetised with rewarded and interstitial formats on our own Ad Manager network, and published on Google Play.
- What we did
- Native Android build; Firebase backend; a no-fill-first rewarded ad flow; app-ads.txt; Play Console listing, data-safety declarations and staged rollout; install campaigns measured on retained users.
- What it taught us
- A rewarded ad that holds the user while it retries costs more retention than it earns. Build the failure path first.
Built for our own sites
A content-gating WordPress plugin
A plugin that gates article content behind a timed, ad-supported step on our content properties, built because nothing off the shelf handled the consent and no-fill cases correctly.
- What we did
- Settings UI, consent-aware behaviour, rewarded-ad integration with retry-then-skip, counters and reporting, and a test suite run on the real front end before every release.
- What it taught us
- If a plugin touches revenue, it needs the same testing as the site it runs on.
Our capacity goes to our own operation first. That is deliberate: it is what keeps the methods honest. We open a limited number of engagements, and we take only the ones where the stack we already run is the answer — monetisation, paid traffic, a store, an app, a site.
Every engagement starts with the audit, and the findings are yours whether or not it goes further.
Want the same stack?
